The O'Reilly's in my town is a HUB store so they train people for other stores. This O'Reilly's does well over 3 million dollars a year for sales. They still turn rotors and flywheels and brake drums here but yes fewer stores do because of cost and and training. Back when I moved here there was 3 or 4 machine shop in town and now there is none due to EPA regulations etc. We once had both a NAPA with a machine shop and O'Reilly's with a machine shop but not now. NAPA closed down back in the late 80s so up till a few years ago O'Reilly's was the only parts place in town. We now have an auto zone but it is so much or a joke O'Reilly's beats them hand down
