Well, he wants live or better yet independent pto, and if he doesn’t know he wants more gears to be able to choose slower speeds as well.
Hard to get more features for the same price, he just has to up his budget some. Or get lucky on a good price find.
The features he wants started appearing in the mid to late 1950s sometimes as options, so he needs to look at 1955 and newer tractors and see if the machine he has is so equipped. As a general guide.
