You plugged the cylinder. Raise the header up and engage the safety lock. If there is not one do not get under the header. Open the concave all of the way. Remove the cover at the combine end of the lower feeder house. You can then see the front of the cylinder. I can not remember if there are covers on the top of the feeder house on a MF300 or not.
Start pulling out the plug. It will be a hot itching mess. When you get all you can out, turn the cylinder backwards. This will work out more of the plug. Then back to pulling out "stuff".
You will learn why guys cuss plugging the cylinder on a combine. LOL
