Was out mowing weeds with the 460 today when it started to big down. I tried disengaging the PTO but it would not shut off. I also noticed some smoke coming from the breather tube on the left side of the PTO housing.
I stuck a dipstick down the breather tube and found less than an inch of oil in the PTO housing. I thought both the hydraulics and PTO use the same Hytrans and same reservoir. Is this true or are they separate?
I also tried adjusting the PTO with the two adjustment screws on the right side of my housing however it's still will not disengage.
