It appears to be from a International Harvester machine by the logo on the cap. Don’t know what machine it came from but that logo was first used in the early 1900s until the 30s or 40s. You would full the cup with grease then give it a turn or two to press grease in the bearing as needed. When the cap empty and hit bottom, you refilled it and start the process over again.
