What has AGCO really screwed up? They have aquired alot of very good tractor companies who left to their own, would have just folded due to poor management. Since we cannot, or could not afford to purchase Oliver and keep producing those wonderful Super 88's, or buy AC and pump out a few more great D 10's, we just sit around and _itch about them! Speaking only of compacts, as that is what I sell for a living (Kubota), I for one sit at home and thank the gods of tractordom that there is NOT a real good dealer network, or advertising push for AGCO. After seeing the new AGCO compacts, they would, on a design/quality/and features basis, give me 2 real competitors to deal with (the other being green and yellow)...and if they run true to AGCO form, they will be priced VERY competitively. Maybe they will improve the Challenger line...after all, Cat still can't even build a real good backhoe, and they have been doing that alot longer than ag tractors! Pete
