Ok so i'm still working on this. I fixed the switch and am now back to the smoke issue. To provide a little background, this is a tractor used by my college's forestry dept for mowing. It doesn't get much use, but it was only fixed last year (new battery) after sitting unused for a while. I've kinda taken on the role of keeping it working right. With that said i've been unable to do much more than top off fluids because my dept doesn't like to spend money on parts unless they keep the machine from working at all....
I have checked the filters, both seem ok, and I BRIEFLY ran the tractor w/out the air filters and the smoke continued, so I don't think that's the problem. I removed the rubber hose connecting the air filter tube to the intake manifold and looked in each tube, and found no obvious blockage, but the intake manifold seems to have a thin layer of old oil caked up on the inside. It was enough to stain my finger when I touched it. The smoke seems to get worse when the tractor goes under load or revvs up. Any ideas on what I can do next?
I may post a video of me starting it soon as the injector pump clicks really loudly as the engine runs...not sure if that's normal for this tractor or not.

I think the furthest has been the Two Cylinder 7 in the Amana Colonies last year. Lots of stuff, lots of people. I've also atten
