Hi Terry; In Germany we say:"A lot of cooks will spoil the soup". A lot of american Brands have or had Plants in Germany so as JD, IHC or MF. The Same or Fiat had not a easy Job to enter the german Market. Renault got not so much Problems, cause they had MWM-engines an ZF-Gearboxes. Case, Oliver, Cockshutt or White? The most Farmers don't know that they exist. German Farmers have not so big Farms as the Americans, but they need Tractors in different HP-Ranges mostly 4wd. The problem is, that most of the american Companies only look for Profit, Quality Standards? Not necessary.Qualified Stuff? Not necessary. So the ruin a lot of old, well known Brands, not only in Europe, even in the States. There are no more Practicans in the leading Staff, no Farmers, no Mechanics, only bussinesmen, which don't know how to use a screw-driver. It's sad but through. Bernhard, Derichsweiler, Germany
