Most likely The M0par 225, I'd think.
If so, remains of tube will pull out, pack remains of tube with a little heavy grease to catch the chips, and thread in a tap (also coated with grease). Likely, the tap will "catch" the tube and rotate it so it pulls out easily, otherwise thread a bolt into the threads you've made and yank it out with a slidehammer.
I BELIEVE the dipstick and tube linked below will fit your engine, verify to be sure and verify that it reads correctly when the engine has the correct amount of oil in it.
