Seems to me there is a law about paying in pennies. Nusiance payments or something like that. If there, is it was enacted for this very reason. I may be wrong, but I think they have the right not to accept payment in pennies. In any case all that you will do is cause the person who collects and takes the coins to the bank a slight inconvenience. Of course, the comments about your payment will be what you did, not why you had done it. Those people are not interested in your problems, just the ones that you caused them. You are in a no win situation. Regardless of what you do, artwork in the yard, chain saws a runnin, Those people will talk about what screwy things you are doing and there will be no thought given as to why. I talked to one farmer friend years ago and his comment was "they won with out a shot being fired". Oslo, NC
