Interesting to say the least George. I don't imagine you'd get SAE approval .... ha! When I see rigs like that one, I always think of something my uncle told me years ago, he was in the insurance business. He said that once you see any situation at all (no matter how normal or safe it might appear), think of something negative or crazy off the charts that might happen and then realize that it could/can/has in fact happen(ed). Once you realize that, probably a good idea to take out some liability insurance, and maybe even life insurance. Not sayin' ....
