Any auto parts store or tire store will have valve cores, sometimes called "Schraeder valves". Tire shops used to give away valve cores back in the day, they may still. You can also steal them from your kid's bicycle.
Any farm tire shop will have the air/water valve, as will most farm supply stores such as TSC.
Miller Tire shows two different types of tractor air/water valve, the "new style" and "old style". Looks like the new style requires internal threads in the valve stem.
