If they are scammers, they're pretty poor at it. How are you gonna scam someone if they have no way to contact you? Scam ads usually have a contact email in the pictures and have much newer more valuable equipment at a ridiculously low price. They will also sometimes have letter jumbles or or word jumbles in the description. They will also sometimes have punctuation marks in the words.
Scam ads are typically easy to spot. I think this one is just from a person who is not very good at pricing or describing their tractor, and who doesn't understand how CL works.
