Slur for Michelin's, paid big money for a set 8 years ago to go on my 6610 cab tractor, all I do with it is bale hay.
Leaked out the side walls after the second year so put tubes in, side walls cracked and pinched the tubes at 4 years old.
Since then we've had 13 flats, left tire has 19 boots in the side walls, left tire has 10, plus we used the old tubes has liners the last time we had them off.
They still have over 60% thread but we've moved them over to the 5000 open station tractor with not fluid in the tires, next flat they will probably get trashed not matter how much thread they still have.
Had a old set of bias tires with less than 25% thread that we threw on the 6610 last spring, haven had a single flat since but don't have much traction.
These Mitas tires are 45 degree radials, this should help with road wear going between farms.
I have a set of Firestone SAT II 23 degree tires on my 4000, good traction but road use is wearing the thread away fast.
