Paul, In fact there seems more confusion than fact on the whole hemp deal.
I agree, a lot of confusion. Here is a case where It's legal to grow in all 50 states at Federal level.
Indiana made CBD hemp oil more than a year ago. Grower still have to get permits to grow it. Not sure, I'm guessing the processing of the oil is also state regulated.
Many states, Including Illinois has made marijuana legal. Still not legal at Federal level..
Wal mart sells 8 oz of hemp oil (no CBD or THC) for $20 in their as seen on TV isle. Yet truckers that are tested by INDOT are showing positive for marijuana.
So either hemp oil has THC or there's something wrong with the test.
I don't think I'll buy anymore CBD. The cheaper hemp oil seems to be working better.
Glad I don't have to pass a drug test. If for some reason a cop wanted me to do a roadside THC test, I would refuse. IF push came to shove, I would request a blood test.
Caution: Like marijuana, Hemp is Not legal in all 50 states.
