Well, I stopped by the crawler and found the tag on the generator that says it's a 12v system. Going to take the advise of pulling the plugs and checking drain plugs for water, throw a battery in it and spray for the best. The deal was pretty much done seeing as my daughter bought the property and all its belongings so I'm not really out anything at this point.
