I only order from here if it can't be had anywhere else. Their parts searching is terrible you have to guess where they decided to hide stuff. Their phone service is beyond tolerable with wait times, hire another freaking person for God's sake! They charge $12 to ship a frigging gasket. Don't know how they stay in business. I think lots of loyalty is misplaced. Every other forum I visit doesn't sell stuff and most have rules against it. These folks will censor posts recommending other vendors, just not right, remember, "Miracle on 34th street"
