George, that's not really an "article", just another law firm trolling for clients. And didn't you love the picture at the beginning- a guy spraying the bottom branch of a tree. Recent article in Wall Street Journal chastises WHO for making that connection based on "no science"- characterized WHO as also having found a cancer link with drinking coffee and working the night shift. FDA is distancing itself from WHO as well, and stated they have no evidence of a cancer link. As far as the California juries are concerned, they pretty much want to crucify any company that isn't "green" and has money that they can extract from it to give to some pitiful little guy. And you have to remember, it was a California jury that found OJ not guilty. You kind of have to take juries findings with a grain of salt- they decide what they darn well please, regardless of the evidence.
