Cannot remember what model baler you have, but that looks like the spring for the plunger safety stop. That stops the plunger and causes the flywheel pin to shear. That is a feeder tine that has the end broken. Baler will work like it is, but they are not very expensive and easy to replace. I put one on a NH 311 last month.
Did you say a while back that you would like to have a set of cultivators for a Allis Chalmers B. I have a set on a B and do not need them. Really don't need the tractor either.
