I removed the what looks like a Saginaw cylinder from the GMC General. I am looking it over and looks like you may be able to change the shaft seal and wiper just by removing the snap ring and replacing the two. Looks like if you want the whole shaft and piston out they are welded in. Anyone work on one of these? My1988 GMC topkick has the same cylinder. I think a transtec 8286 seal kit might be the proper part. I'm looking for a been there done that advise. Thanks, LB
