Caffeine is a drug just like nicotine is a drug. Some drugs kill and some drugs do not kill even though these drugs may be bad for you. But plane and simple it is still drug use. For a coffee drinker to look down on a smoker (both drug users) is like living in a glass house. Let the person without sin cast the first stone because what business is it of yours if a person uses a legal drug that kills him. We could say the same thing about fat people having heart problems. But being fat is not politically incorrect so we do not look down on fat people.
The fact that the smell infringes on others space has made smoking politically incorrect. I can understand this.
