B, I tell ya, your asking a whole lot. There are alot of factors to this question. Are you going to use this tractor? How much? Are you going to restore it? 1500 is a lot for a tractor that may be hard to get parts for. Hard to find a machanic to work on it ect, ect, ect. If your going to restore it maybe 1500 is not such a bad price, but again you need to be able to find parts and shops to do the work. If I was looking for a "working" tractor I would look for an older Ford or J.D. There are alot of parts still avaible, they are easy to work on or if something is beyond your scope/abillities tractor shops don't usually have a problem with working on them. On the other hand if you go into a shop looking for help on a tractor that no one has ever herd of it makes them leary to assist you. If you are looking for a restoration project for pride and or showing a Leader is a great tractor because they are rare and can win because the competition is small. Hope this helps. Keep in touch.
