two years ago I ordered through one of there stores, things they had in the catalog but not at the store. Manager said the items were in the warehouse and it would be about two weeks and they would give me a call. About two weeks later they called, had 1/3 of my order. About a mounth later, got several more items, three weeks a month later got a couple more items. Never did get my complete order. Odering through the store, I didn't have to pay shipping. They closed that store Jan 2000. Last April I called a store located 140 miles from me (I get through there about once a mounth) and put in an order, about 600. dollars worth. I told the gent on the phone not to special order it as I want to save the shipping cost, let me know when it comes in and I will pick it up. OK. Two Days later I get call stating I have to pay shipping anyway. I told him if I wanted to Pay shipping, I would have it shiped to my address, and what they could do with my order. A lot of these stores had people working there with the DON"T care attitude and most items were over priced. If they are going to reopen some stores,I think they sould reconsider,or make some mighty BIG CHANGES
