Unlike what manufactures do today with getting parts day of assembly, back then manufactures would get loads of parts and stock them, and then take them to the line as needed. it would depend on how many units they were making and at what time of year, but it is possible to have 47 radiators in a 48 machine and be original. I know nothing about earthmasters but that pretty much goes for anything that was built back then.
