How long before this thread goes POOF lol, but before it does FWIW (nothing) here are my own personal thoughts which may or may not disagree with others which I respect and expect the same in return.
1) If I want to go to Silver Dollar City for whatever or no reason that's my free choice and others are free to do the same.
2) I have a Lifetime CC permit and if I choose to carry a CONCEALED firearm to be able to defend my or my family's life that's my free choice and second amendment right, but I respect others who choose NOT to carry to be able to possibly defend their family's life.
3) If choose to carry concealed I'm NOT going up to some pencil neck pimpled geek guard at Silver Dollar City and inform him I'm carrying. Its don't ask don't tell as far as I'm concerned. If there's a sign no guns I can decide to NOT go there or carry concealed and not tell anyone.
4) I would NOT support any law that requires a person to carry a firearm and respect ones right NOT to carry, in return I expect the same should I so choose to legally carry a firearm to be able to defend my familys life. Remember when a second can make the difference in saving you or your familys life, the cops are minutes away !!!!!!!!!!!! If I was going to attempt an armed robbery Id likely do so in a GUN FREE ZONE versus where I know others may have guns !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Think about it
Sooooooooooo go to SDC or not I respect your choice and expect the same courtesy in return. I wont criticize those who choose NOT to carry and don't expect criticism from others should I choose TO legally carry in order to protect my or my family's life.
