Thank you for your response. I did change the filters and bled using the hand pump located just upstream of the filters. I think the injector pump is stuck because I am not getting fuel to to the injectors. It has a statadyne pump which does not seem to be original from my research.I tried pulling in every gear . While pulling I popped the clutch several times and the clutch definitely engages. It just doesn’t seem to engage hard enough to turn the engine over. Is there any way to adjust that clutch or does it mean splitting and installing a new one . The tractor seems to be in good shape . It sat outside but is complete . Thanks again
