I put a 404 engine in my grandfathers Farmall C . Neither the C or 404 radiator would work , I was advised that a 140 radiator would work. I bought the cheapest new one I could find and it did work. Now the tractor runs hot, if I put the grill and hood on it is into the hot range. Without them it runs just into the hot side of normal. Does anyone know if a 140 radiator is just inadequate to cool a 404 engine or did I buy an inferior radiator. Thank You for any help Steve
