Actually there might be a way. Thouse super power magnets. Noedymium rare earth magnets are incredibly strong. I used to service some equipment that had one inch quare by 5/8 thick magnets in them. You take one of those and plunk it on top of the solenoid. Most times the plunger inside will pop open. Just something to try. Most likely you will need to do a little plumbing. Just remamber, that ball valve will need to he ratted for 4000psi. CAUTION.....these magnets are VERY powerfull and will give you a heck of a blood blister. Most time you can't pull them off, you need to slide them over the edge
