Don, Sometimes when we fill with gas at the filling station, they have just filled their tanks, and this stirs the water up in THEIR tanks and it gets transfered to us. All filling stations are allowed a few inches of water in the bottom of their tanks. This usualy causes no problem as it is BELOW the intake of their dispersing pumps. If the station is filling their tanks I always drive right by, to the next one or waite till a later tims as to give the water time to settle. this could be one reason as to why you have an excessive amount of water in your tank along with condensation.
