I have seen that caused when the battery ground cable is attached to say thin or wimpy or rusty sheet metal. Try to attach the ground cable direct to a starter mount bolt or on or as near as possible to the starter NOT sheet metal.
To be safe I would remove, clean n wire brush bright n shiny each and every battery and ground and starter or switch/solenoid cable connection,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I would use no less then 1 gauge, better 0 or 00 cables,,,,,,,,,,I would use the biggest heaviest highest CCA rated battery possible,,,,,,,,Insure the starter switch or solenoid is good quality with low resistance and low voltage drop, if its bad/resistive you drop too much voltage across it leaving less for the starter CHECK SWITCH OR SOLENOID that may be the problem !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Of course the starter motor itself may be the problem in which case even if all else above is good she cranks slowwwwwwwwwwwwww.
