Hi Jay, A suggestion you may want to consider regards how you store your fuel. I buy 50 gallons of off-road diesel at the time and store it in a 55 gal drum under the shed. This quantity will last me about two months in summer and longer in winter. I was concerned about moisture and trash in the fuel. I have a hand crank pump with long hose that mounts in the bung hole. I bought an in-line adapter that accepts a spin-on fuel filter from the Amoco dealer. The filter has a drain cock on the bottom to dispose of any water. So far, I haven't had any problems. Good luck.
