A thought occurs to me as I read these posts.....
These days, it's more and more common that people (and especially kids) know how to operate drones and high speed wheeled cars. Why not "arm" said RC toys with tasers and then have both students and teachers that excel at the operations learn how to attack any attackers?
As I finish with that thought, I now have to wonder about the possibility of some idiot not only mis-using firearms, but also having something strapped to his person that goes 'boom'?
Still, the best course of action in such a situation is to send out these one-eyed shock-shooting "tools" that law enforcement could even use once they arrived on scene.

Today's Featured Article - Oil Bath Air Filters - by Chris Pratt. Some of us grew up thinking that an air filter was a paper thing that allowed air to pass while trapping dirt particles of a particles of a certain size. What a surprise to open up your first old tractor's air filter case and find a can that appears to be filled with the scrap metal swept from around a machine shop metal lathe. To top that off, you have a cup with oil in it ("why would you want to lubricate your carburetor?").
