The alignment looks good, the belt could stand to be a little tighter, but not so tight it over stresses the water pump bearings.
The top bracket, the vertical one coming up from the water pump bolt... Kinda schety with only one bolt and the open ended slot. If it will lean on back against the pump housing, maybe it will be OK. I would just keep an eye on it, if it breaks then try a redesign, maybe eliminate it in place of a one piece adjustment arm with a curve, lower the alternator as far as possible by turning the lower bracket downward.
The bottom pivot bolt appears to be loose. It, and all other bolts must be tight, otherwise they will vibrate loose. The bottom pivot of the alternator needs to be tightly trapped tn the bracket, not just the bolt tight on the bracket. If you can get a thin washer in between the bracket and the pivot to tighten down on without stressing the tab on the bracket, all the better. Running it loose will eventually wallow the pivot hole and cause miss alignment.
