C.Bozo, I went through the same exact thing about three weeks ago. Finaly called my internet service provider and he found the infected e-mail still at "his place". The one that kept comming to me time and time again was not the problem. Norton was not letting the rogue e-mail into my computer, or at least thats how I understand it. He deleted it there and all is well. I don't really understand it, or I could explain it better but he said this was the best way to fix it. Good luck. Dan.
