To: You're NOT a Computer Bozo We all learn new things every day! I highlight the message containing the virus first (do not open the attachment) and let the Norton's isolate the virus that's in my email inbox and then I delete it from the Inbox first. Of course, you then have to go into the "Deleted Items" and repeat the process, letting the Norton Anti Virus isolate it again (It goes into the same Temporary Internet File (under "Windows" on your "C Drive"). To get rid of the virus that was isolated by Norton's Anti Virus: Close out any programs you may be running Click on "Start" Click on "Settings" Click on "Control Panel" Open "Internet Options" Under the "General Tab" chose the "Delete Files" button and click on "OK" In the same display go into "Settings" and click on "View Files" When they come up, in the top left hand corner of the screen click on "Edit" and click on "Select All" (Leave them highlighted) Again in the top left corner of the screen click on "File" and click on "Delete" This will delete all of those temporary internet files including the one that Norton's put the virus into. Click "OK" and close out the Internet Properties box. I hope this helps you. It will work! Good Luck!
