If I were you I would get the Chain tensions with the spings and chains they work great and keep them nice and tight too. I have a set on mine and they keep them tight and I have less than 3 inches clearance on my 18.4 tires to the fenders. The bungies keep breaking and this set up is a one time shot. Mark H.
