I would not touch that setup you have for anything, You need with using the 3 point hitch to tow both the sway bars to control side movement and the stay straps to control vertical movement with a drawbar lock to keeo the 11 hole drawbar from turning.. Plus locking down the lever to keep from bending the stay straps. What you have there is a death trap. Had a 2N, 9N, NAA, TO30 2 4000 and a 5000 and would never consider something like you have. All except the 9N and 2N had factory drawbars that were belly mount for pulling something like that. And for the other 2 tractors Dad had a custom made belly mount drawbar made for the 2N back in 55 and when I bought the 9N I found a factory made by John Deere for that tractor made by them for use as a manure spreader hitch. Get rid of everything you have on that tractor for a hitch if you want to keep your fence-deck building bussiness as you are libale to loose everything if you insist on trying to use that piece of junk.
