thats simple use a good grade of tapping fluid find a 18mm tapping kit install right size insert make sure its clean and use thread sealer supplied find the 18mm to 14mm bushing insert and your business again 18mm are getting hard to fine for oldd tractor so an adapter has been made to take them 14mm any good farm and auto parts house should have what you need when you weld allum its gets hard and with the fins that close the heat will travel fast and could warp then you will buy that new heado
