yes it would be for tractors and attachments, and the users would put in a request to rent the equipment, and the owner can then choose whether to rent out or not.
safety is a huge concern obviously, and insurance that could be offered through the business website is obsolete, so it would be up to the users to provide their own. which is hard for people to justify.
