i got up this morning at 4:00 am to drive about 250 mi. one way to look for a 440 crawler , that my brother told me about, that he saw in a old barn 3-4 years ago. well i thought that i had found the place and stoped to check it out, BUT i found two old cat D-4s. well i think the man will sell them but did not ask, too big for me to move and work on now, have to stay with the little 440s. called my brother after i left and was down the road about 50mi. and he is in arizona working on a nucluar power plant, but he told me i had went to the wrong place, took a right instead of a left. so maybe next weekend will try again. has anyone had this to happen to them? some times the hunt is harder that the rebuild!
