I cannot recommend highly enough that you make every effort to obtain an owner's manual for your new tractor. This will provide you with crucial information like this, because changing the oil in the PTO is only one of the many maintenance items on this tractor.
It does not make sense to me that people will spend thousands of dollars on a tractor, but waffle and quibble and complain over spending $20 for an owner's manual.
