If you have movement in the pump that is Good news,, loosen every injector line at the injectors, set the throttle to wide open, crank engine, the pump should self bleed and start spitting bubbles/dsl until you get just fuel, then try pull the fuel shutoff out and crank again, the fuel should stop coming out totally push it back in and make sure it starts delivering fuel again, this step is to make sure nothing is stuck in the pump that could cause a run away tighten the injector lines she should put smoke out of the exhaust and or start easy if things are working
