At an auction, we saw one of those radiator shutter systems on a perfectly rusted tractor that was going to the scrap heap.
We bought a PTO castle nut for $5 from the scrapper who bought that tractor, because it was loose... but didn't have the tools with us to remove the rusted on shutter system. :(
