Like Paul says, is likley normal. Ideal voltage is 14.2 but the reality is that most systems run from 14-15 volts which is close enough that little harm is done. The regulator may be slightly out of spec or it may have a little resistance in the sense wire circuit. Some systems that connect the sense wire deep in the wiring harness, near the heaviest accessory load will increase voltage at the alternator to compensate for voltage drop in the harness. The alternator may well have to produce 15.25 to deliver an ideal 14.2 at a high amp accessory.
