I really didn't want another front loader. I already have 2 terramites. Dealer was going to charge me a little more to remove the loader instead of ordering a new one. I wanted to do business with a dealer in town. He's located between my two places. jm may have tipped the scales by saying it would have a better resale with loader than without. I had a little time this morning so I went to the compost pile and stirred the compost.
Dang, it didn't take long to determine the Kubota loader is superior to the Terramite 's.
On the way to compost I heard a rattle. I thought of SV, it was my SMV sign rattling. So I put a glove behind the sign. Rattle gone. just like SV.
I'm using a pi ballast weight. It measures 2 ft diameter, 1 ft height. I didn't need a slide rule to determined the volume of the ballast is pi cubic feet
Sorry Larry, my terramites aren't going anywhere until Kubota makes a hoe that I can use without getting out of the cab.
I have no clue how the second pic of loader got posted. George

The year was about 1967 and my father found a good used Ford 601 tractor to use on the farm instead of "Bob", our old mule.
