Not so rare. Most of the F12s are narrow front, but enough wide fronts were made to not be rare either. Mine came on tiptoe steel too. I converted it back to rubber since I wanted to use the tractor. Riding on steel was an experience I cherish, but don't want to repeat. 34 F12s would either be equiped with the Waukesha engine or the later IHC engine. The IHC version from that year would use a different crank, bearings and rods from those that came later. Might be a problem if you have to replace them. (my 35 has the same). 750 is not bad if it is running well. A little high if not.
