My Mother worked for Kmart. she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She went for surgery in Dallas, and when they cut her open, it was found to be inoperable, and terminal. We drove to Texas from Michigan, and brought her back to die at home. While here, a doctor from Kmarts legal staff examined her and found her to be able and fit for full time work. this was on Friday in Michigan. Monday morning at 9am in Dallas, they fired her as a no show. terminated her insurance effective immediately. She died in 30 days, in part due to her being cut off from any medication, Yes she was terminal, but she should have lived a lot longer, and she didnt have to die in pain, and in debt. Her estate had to file bankruptcy, and my brothers and i paid to bury her. FU_K KMART TO DEATH
