Anyways......a picture of my deer...
Problem is my grand daughter did hunter safety this summer. SIL drives over the road. So it fell to me to take her hunting. Opening day, saw a nice doe about 7AM in heavy brush. No chance for a good shot. about 7:30 young buck walks out of the woods. About 10 yards away. Grand daughter took forever getting on the scope (set at 1.5). Then she missed. The following day we had one deer run through and neither of us could get our guns up. I had her out M/T/W after school. SIL was home and took her out T&F. last 2 days I had her out. Didn't see anymore deer. I almost shot that buck but waited to let her have a chance. She's wound up and ready to go next year.....to me that's more important than me getting a deer.
