Is there a valve to switch from the rear lift to the loader?
Is there possibly a front engine driven pump that operates the loader, separate from the rear lift?
It is highly unusual to have to bleed hydraulic cylinders. Typically the air will be pushed out the first few times the cylinder is fully cycled. Symptoms of air in a cylinder are bouncy, erratic action, but still capable of moving full travel.
A cylinder that will not fully extend is a symptom of low oil, the oil level falling below the pump pick up before the cylinder reaches it's full extension. You should be hearing the pump moan, the engine RPM increase as the pump looses it's oil and ability to make pressure. That's why I wonder if there is a separate pump and tank for the loader.
If this info is correct, the oil is way over full, it will need to be drained down before it leaks into something it's not supposed to.
