I know that they do it all the time, but. In 2002 we bought a Design Home that was a Demo home off of the lot in Burlington, Ia. Home was built in Dec of 99. In early spring of 2003, I came home from church on a very windy Sunday to find large patches of shingles flapping in the wind and some pieces with 4 to 6 shingles stuck together on the ground. Dirt had blown under the shingles and they never stuck together very good. I was up there nailing them back down and putting a dab of blackjack under most all the shingles.
