I know that they do it all the time, but. In 2002 we bought a Design Home that was a Demo home off of the lot in Burlington, Ia. Home was built in Dec of 99. In early spring of 2003, I came home from church on a very windy Sunday to find large patches of shingles flapping in the wind and some pieces with 4 to 6 shingles stuck together on the ground. Dirt had blown under the shingles and they never stuck together very good. I was up there nailing them back down and putting a dab of blackjack under most all the shingles. Ended up replacing the roof. Chris

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
